Wonder if @fiona.carden and @stuart.hooper have thoughts on this one? How does CoLab Exeter get clients involved in delivering?
Hi Adam, thanks for the intro! The digital divide has been a significant challenge for us this year, there is still a lot of work to be done in this area on a local and national level.
In terms of advice that people can build on in their own services/programmes we've made a few resources which can be found here https://www.boothcentre.org.uk/shared-learning.html these cover how we approach partnership working with detailed information for running groups and a how to for setting up a supported volunteering programme.
If anyone finds them useful (or not!) please let me know charlotte@boothcentre.org.uk
Thanks for all the discussions this morning!
I thought the Booth Centre was full of practical tips for involving clients. I was particularly interested in their 'activity group', made up of their clients, which suggested and steered ongoing activities. I would love to hear more about that, what challenges the Booth Centre faced, and advice for others setting up similar groups.
